We work with independent pet brands and fulfillment partners. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order when an item is unavailable or information is materially incorrect. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. The Loved and Loyal name, site design, original text, graphics, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission. Brand names and product materials supplied by our partners remain the property of their respective owners.

The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and fulfillment services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
