Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Start a return
Email us with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, final-sale items, and used pet products cannot be returned. For health and safety reasons, opened grooming or consumable products are also non-returnable.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within seven days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with the fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Bank processing times vary.
